1. The motor is not running
Possible Causes:
①The electric voltage is too low
②Power switch
③Lgnition key switch
④Start relay
⑤Starter (the wheel is stuck and not returned)
⑥Starter is damaged
⑦High starting resistance (the engine or main pump is stuck)
⑧Safety relay problem
⑨Starting line failure
2. Slow motor speed
Possible Causes:
① Low battery voltage
② Starter problems (excessive wear of carbon brushes, damaged copper sleeves, etc.)
③ Low ambient temperature and high oil viscosity
④ There is a problem with the control of the hydraulic pump, or the pressure is too high when starting.
3.Fast motor speed
Possible Causes:
① The engine failed to determine the cylinder --- check the camshaft position sensor or start the engine several times for a long time, and see if there is an engine speed value on the display.
② There is air in the fuel system ---- start the engine several times or exclude system air.
③ ECU failure ----------- Check the circuit connection, power supply, insurance and ground according to the steps, and test with a spare switch. Ensure the correct position of the hydraulic lock lever switch and emergency flameout switch
④Emergency flameout relay failure ------------ Check the relay or unplug it and try again (cannot disconnect the power)
⑤ECM failure ------------ Check the line connection according to the steps, Power, fuse, and grounding, interchangeable with similar ECM
⑥ Injector --- Check the electrical connector and whether the internal machinery is stuck.
⑦Engine speed/timing signal --------- Check position sensor installation
油 Injection start pressure control system ------- The common rail pressure should not be less than 30MPa, check the signal voltage of the common rail pressure sensor, or unplug the common rail pressure sensor, or unplug the SCV valve
⑨Fuel supply ----- Check the smoke and fuel pressure, if necessary, check whether the fuel lift pump is clogged or the filter is clogged, and see if the circulating oil volume is appropriate. The common rail inlet pipe connection can be initially released to vent.
⑩Combustion failure ------ mechanical failure or air-fuel ratio problem, valve clearance or early engine wear, check oil and air intake system
