• Maintenance of excavator foam filter cartridge

  1）Remove the cover of the air filter and remove the filter element guide;

  2）Use compressed air to remove dust on the screen and check the filter foam. If it is damaged or damaged, it should be replaced. If it is too dirty, it should be cleaned by solvent. The excess solution in the filter element can be removed by extrusion. Be careful not to damage the filter element;

  3）Apply the oil to the surface of the filter element to keep the humidity of the filter element, but do not drip oil;

• Maintenance of excavator paper filter

  1）Remove filter cartridge;

  2）Easily pat on a flat surface to make it clean;

  3）If it is dirty, replace the filter element, or wash it in a foam free detergent. Use water to wash through the mesh surface until the outflow water becomes clear.

tips

Excavator paper filter element can not be cleaned with petroleum solvent, such as kerosene and gasoline, otherwise it will damage the excavator filter element, not to mention drying excavator paper filter element.
