3.Wear of the tooth holder:
It is recommended to replace the tooth holder after the tooth holder wears 10-15%. There is a large gap between the toothed seat and the tooth , so that the tooth and the tooth seat cooperate. And the force point changes, causing the tooth to break due to the change of the force point.
4.Driving method:
Try not to collect the bucket when lifting the boom, pay special attention to the coordination of the action. Some excavator drivers often use excessive force to drop the bucket on the rock during the action of amplifying the arm and sending the arm. This will crush the tooth or crack the crack and break the big arm.
